About the event

The county allows builders to build, build, build while tearing down trees, to make cookie cutter houses on small lots.

Traffic is insane! Have you been down Hardscrabble Rd? The county has been working on that road for at least 5 years! They look like they are backing up instead of moving forward.

Can you imagine how bad things will get if and when this new zoning proposal goes into effect!?!?!?

This is putting the carriage before the MULE! Richland County roads can not handle the additional traffic, and run off. Where did that 1 cent sales tax go? I guess we can go on a n Easter Egg hunt to find it!

There are areas all over the county that are abandoned, that can be reclaimed for housing.

How about the schools? We are failing our future generation!  So let's bring in more people to enjoy our educational system. We need to do right by our current citizens. We need a BIG investment into our schools.  Our teachers are great. In no way am I implying otherwise, but the schools need an upgrade and not the buildings but with new computers, creative learning to get the kids engaged, and hands on training. The teachers should not be in charge of buying pens, paper and other school supplies.

We need money into after school programs and churches that can assist hard working moms and dads. This will give children and teenagers another avenue and it will build up the community.

THE COUNTY DOES NOT SEE THIS AS A PRIORITY.  NO THEY WANT TO BUILD MORE HOUSES.

THEY WANT TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO ON YOUR LAND.

The federal government warns of food shortages, but the county is taking away small farms, and only backing and allowing big farms, which most of the food goes out of state, and does not stay here in our county.

The current proposal goes against the SC State Right to Farm Act.

June Bug was interviewed and she is MAD. She says everyone should have the right to a pool and a fence. She also is concerned that the farm animals that she is herding are now considered pets.  She said it smells of PETA lobbying, and June Bug has a GOOD SNIFFER! She says this plan STINKS!

Join us Apriil 19th. You can get there early and sign up to speak.

Please bring a  mask as our county has said you have to have one in public buildings and they may use the mask mandate to remove us.

Please be peaceful and respectable,

Thank you, Sal and June Bug
